Whiteboard Outputs
Captured raw, then organized — every idea generated in the room.

VisionWay is a five-day visioning workshop refined over a decade of real-time 3D and digital twin engagements. We work with your team to surface core challenges, frame opportunities, and translate them into a concrete Vision Scope Document that guides every block-level decision that follows.
Not because the technology fails. Because no one ever defined what success looked like — for whom, in what scenario, against what baseline.
Engineering builds to assumed requirements. Stakeholders discover misalignment six months in. Budgets stretch, scope creeps, and the twin gets shipped without anyone certain it solves the right problem.
VisionWay exists to prevent this — by spending five days at the start, instead of six months at the end.

The 5-day workshop is the heart of VisionWay, but it doesn't stand alone. We bracket it with structured Discovery upfront and a full 6–8 week Vision Scope Document delivery afterward, so the momentum carries cleanly into block-level execution.
Pre-engagement sessions to understand business goals, identify stakeholders, and align the team. We take the time to know each other before diving in.
Planning the workshop logistics, gathering existing capabilities/constraints, market research, and competitive landscape — so Day 1 starts at full speed.
The intensive in-person workshop. Whiteboard-driven. Capture → Define → Ideate → Frame. Where ambitions become opportunities and opportunities become specific.
We synthesize whiteboard output into a complete Vision Scope Document — user stories, storyboards, concept illustrations, and a strategic roadmap for the next phase.
With the Vision Scope in hand, we keep momentum: additional research, fast proof-of-concept rounds, or assembling the team to start building specific blocks.
Four phases, iterated across the workshop. The intent is not to arrive at a single “answer” on Day 1, but to expand and contract — diverging into possibility, then converging into specifics — until the solution space matches the problem space.
Surface current ways of working, core challenges, and the actual state of the business. Before solving, we make sure we understand.
Sharpen challenges into opportunities. Articulate the business value at stake. Purpose becomes specific; focus becomes actionable.
Imagine the future without constraint. Generate broad solution space. Creativity over feasibility — feasibility comes next.
Take individual ideas and shape them into core solution proposals. Evaluate value. Set priorities. Pick what gets carried forward.
Workshop output gets synthesized into a structured document over the following 6–8 weeks. It's the artifact your engineering team will reference for the next 18 months, and the document that aligns every stakeholder on what's being built and why.
A roadmap of the entire project journey, from visioning to delivery.
The direction of the project — the ultimate value it pursues.
Concrete goals that operationalize the vision into measurable outcomes.
The methods that bring the vision's value to life for users.
How users actually interact with the brand and product attributes.
Detailed archetypes representing the people who will use the system.
Scenarios written from the user's perspective showing system behavior.
Process, methodology, and scope of the build phase.
End-to-end schedule, with milestones from visioning through delivery.
Captured raw, then organized — every idea generated in the room.
Validated journeys for each persona, ready for engineering.
Concept art that makes abstract scenarios concrete and shareable.
The phased plan — POC, Phase 1, Phase 2 — with realistic timelines.
From the moment Discovery begins through the moment a digital twin is operating at scale, we run a clear five-stage program. VisionWay covers the first stage; the productized blocks (Novva AI, DT Block, ASTRA OPS, Deep Scope, 3DP) handle the rest.
Understand the work, the people, and the motivation. Multiple perspectives, integrated.
The 5-day workshop. Active participation, collaborative ideation, prioritized opportunities.
Translate vision into action plans. Set deliverables, assemble the team, scope the work.
A dedicated team — designers, engineers, PMs — builds effective solutions and ships.
Once shipped, prepare for scaled deployment across business units or geographies.
Overall visioning oversight and strategic counsel on the engagement.
Manages the visioning process, deliverables, and client relationship.
Provides technical expertise to support both the visioning process and the design solutions that emerge from it.
Drives design thinking and facilitates the workshop sessions themselves.
Supports the Creative Director and shapes the visual outputs of the engagement.
Owns concept illustration and storyboard production for the Vision Scope Document.
Project management oversight, decision support, and scheduling discipline.
Domain specialists pulled in as needed — XR, AI, simulation, robotics, IoT.
On-site VisionWay engagement. The Vision Scope Document scoped engineering priorities and architecture decisions for the year.
Storyboarded use cases through VisionWay became the foundation for ASTRA OPS deployment that followed.
Intensive workshop with 15 K-12 teachers as stakeholders. Three productized educational contents emerged from the session.
